Cooke's work has screened at Sundance, Tribeca, Toronto, and Vienna film festivals, made over 100 critics "best of" lists, and earned awards from the Writers Guild of America and the International Documentary Association.

His science fiction writing has been developed by X-Men and Wolverine producers, Amazon Studios, and KukuFM, India’s #1 podcast company.

A formative part of social media culture since 2015, Cooke created some of the most influential content of the Bernie Sanders 2016 presidential campaign, including directing Bernie's biopic starring Mark Ruffalo.

His critically acclaimed comedy series White Mirror, co-starring April Bowlby (Two And a Half Men, Drop Dead Diva, HBO’s Doom Patrol) has won numerous festival awards.

Cooke’s career began in art direction at Capitol Records and pioneering the first single-field search engine (before Google), which earned a Best of the Web Award from Print Magazine and a partnership with Intel, Time-Warner, and AOL.

He taught digital arts at Otis College of Design before transitioning to filmmaking, and is a graduate of Pitzer College with a BA in Film Studies, Magna Cum Laude.
